Our Postage Details

Once you have selected your console and repair type you will need to send us your console for repair, further details are below.

When posting your console please include a note with your name, return address, description of the problem and your contact details. Or please feel free to download, print and fill in our Return Form by clicking here, and include it with your console.

All hand-held consoles (DS Lite, DSi, DSi Xl, 3DS, 3DS XL, PSP Go, PSP etc) will be returned via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which is £3.70. If you require Special Delivery just ask us for the latest price. Larger console's will be sent by Courier only (please see specific pages for details).

We will email you on receipt of your console to let you know that it has been received. We will then email you again when it is ready to come back to you. At this point payment will be due which can be via Paypal, Debit or Credit Card ( We can take your payment over the phone ) Once cleared payment has been received we will send you another email with the tracking number on as proof of postage.

So all you have to do is send your console and the repair form by Recorded or Special Delivery. Our postage details are as follows:
